Best practices for business development with prospective clients

Speaker: Mark Howe, Manitoba Marketing Network

Mark Howe is responsible for client relation initiatives related to client satisfaction, client retention and client service at the Manitoba Law firm TDS. Mark manages the Marketing and Client Relations Department and has direct responsibilities for business development, as well as professional development. Mark also serves as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Acumen Corporate Development Inc., a strategic partner of TDS. Mark is on the Marketing Committee of Lex Mundi, the world's leading network of independent law firms. Mark finds himself in the Pembina Valley frequently on business.
